Employee oriented is the keyword here. Servant leadership is a big part of our culture, which works best when those in our leadership roles work to uplift their associates. This goes hand in hand with Path-goal leadership, a skill which we help our leaders to hone when they gain the position. Using this method, our leaders will work to:
a) Enhance employee beliefs about their ability to attain a goal
b) Enhance their motivation to attain said goals
c) Assign goals that are motivating to our employees
In doing so, our leaders create a path, remove obstacles, and offer ample support in achieving set goals! We trust our leaders to provide their associates with appropriate valences to inspire them to complete these tasks aside from their personal desire and propensity to do so.
